Evidence-based workshops
The problem
Executive teams talk often about strategy, numbers, and delivery — but less frequently about how they lead. Each member develops their leadership privately, if at all. The result is a team that makes major decisions, without creating a shared language on how to lead people through those decisions.
What the engagement involves
Short 2–3 hour interactive sessions that showcase evidence-based ideas on how to enhance leadership effectiveness.
Topics include:
- How to challenge for high performance while preserving motivation and relationships.
- How to become an inspirational leader.
- How to recognize and guard against the dark side of leadership.
What's different
- Rich content. Insights built on my 20 years of experience working in leadership development, integrated with evidence-based principles.
- User friendly format. A format built for executive schedules: substantial enough to shift thinking, short enough to get on the calendar.
- Real and relevant examples. Examples and discussion can be adapted to each organization's context.
- Interactive design. Sessions combine learning, storytelling, personal reflection, and action planning.
What the client receives
- 2–3 hour onsite or virtual delivery.
- Slides, including all delivered content.
- Handouts explaining key concepts and takeaways.
