We help our clients build leadership capacity using a suite of coaching and consulting programs. As organizations feel the stress of change—often suddenly and significantly—we are there to help, supporting leaders in raising their game.
The first thing to know about Jackson Leadership: we are 100% focused on building leadership capacity, and we only work with organizations going through change.
Another critical difference is that we don’t believe in ‘off the shelf’. All of our programs are customized to meet the unique needs of each of our clients. Quite simply, how we help depends on you.
We work with clients undergoing major changes to their businesses. Challenges such as rapid growth, strategic shifts, or stakeholder/ownership changes, such as M&A activity or private equity transactions. These seismic events significantly increase the training and support needs of senior managers and leaders; helping organizations address these challenges is what we do. Leaders undergoing massive changes in their businesses require different skills, and greater adaptability, as the environment and marketplace shift around them.
We asked our top 25 most senior leaders to participate in Jackson's leadership development program, sharpening our skills as a result of the feedback and one-on-one coaching we received. Jackson Leadership's rigorous talent assessments have helped us place high potential leaders into key positions, in ways that have helped us play to their strengths, and ultimately improve business performance. By truly partnering with Jackson Leadership, we have built a stronger, more disciplined, feedback-intensive development culture here at Husky.
John Galt, President and CEO Husky Injection Molding Systems
Myself and the rest of the senior leadership team participated in Jackson Leadership’s assessment and coaching program. I found that the program integrated well into our daily work, rather than being disruptive. Jackson Leadership also selected maximally effective coaches that were well-suited to each member of the team. The experience provided a healthy challenge with practical strategies and reasonable stretch objectives. Overall, the professional support of our leadership development was a meaningful contribution to our organization.

I had confidence in their credentials, and in the value their programs delivered. And I appreciated their personalized approach and commitment to creating a high-quality working relationship.
