Dave Jackson started his first consulting practice in the early 1970’s. That practice continues today as Jackson Leadership, under the guidance of Tim Jackson, PhD. We are based in Toronto, but our work is global in scope. Our clients include several blue-chip organizations who value the insight and strength of our team of expert consultants. Our roots in leadership development go back fifty years, and we believe in its value now more than ever.

Tim Jackson, Ph.D. is President of Jackson Leadership. His expertise covers all aspects of leadership development, from assessment, coaching, and training, to talent management and succession planning. Some of his recent clients include BASF (both USA & Canada), Husky Injection Molding, Onex Corporation, Trillium Health Partners, and Algonquin Power. Tim’s assessment and coaching practice is global in scope, working with leaders from North America and beyond, including Western Europe and in China. He has written articles for outlets like Forbes.com and HR Professional Magazine, and his research appears in several peer-reviewed journals. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Western Ontario.

Charlotte Browning, CPC, ACC is an ICF certified coach who provides leadership coaching to emerging talent, managers, and senior leaders. She leverages her 20+ years of working for large global companies, across multiple countries and functions, and brings this expertise into her coaching engagements. Charlotte has experience coaching clients in many sectors including professional services, consumer goods, finance, and not-for-profit.
Melissa Warner, Ph.D. is an experienced coach who has amassed over 1200 hours of coaching time in the private and public sectors, including with business owners, GMs, and VPs. Melissa is also a Professor of Human Resources within the School of Business at Seneca College, teaching an array of HR related courses. Prior to becoming a consultant and professor, Melissa spent six years at Canadian Tire Corporation, designing and implementing leadership and OD strategy across Canadian Tire Stores and managing a team of six Senior Leadership Consultants.
Michael Frisch, Ph.D. has been delivering executive coaching services for over 20 years. He has worked with coaching clients in a wide range of industries, including finance, media, telecom, pharma, and consumer goods. He also co-leads an accredited coaching training program called iCoachNewYork, which has produced 140 graduates over the last twelve years. His co-authored book, Becoming an Exceptional Executive Coach, reflects these experiences.
Karen Metzger has an extensive background in executive coaching, management development, career management, and career transition services. Her coaching clients range from high-potentials to senior-level executives and cover a wide spectrum of business sectors including financial services, legal, insurance, technical, and not for profit. She supervises executive coaches and serves on the faculty of iCoachNewYork/Baruch Zicklin School of Management Executive Education Program. She is co-author of Becoming an Exceptional Executive Coach.
Marguerite LeBlanc, PCC has accumulated over 1400 hours of coaching experience, working with leaders at all levels. Her clients have included privately- and publicly-held oil and gas, design and construction, manufacturing, heavy equipment, and government. Marguerite has executive level professional experience, and she worked for over 15 years in project management, overseeing projects and programs up to $70 million.
